Orders paid by this method will not be shipped till payment has been accepted by our banking institution. GST (Australian Government Goods & Services Tax) All prices quoted include the GST and it is automatically calculated when order requires payment.
Shop Girl will dispatch your order either same day or next business day of your order being placed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. We suggest you use an address during the day where your parcel will be received. Should incorrect delivery details be given Shop Girl is not responsible. Our preferred delivery method is via Fastway Couriers or Australia Express Post.
We will send your order worldwide by Australia Post, delivery will take between 3 -14 days to arrive. If you are an overseas customer please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org advising products you wish to purchase. We will determine the cost of shipping for your order & confirm via email. We will send you a PayPal Money Request for the complete order. We only quote shipping costs with tracking.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will issue you with a Return Authorization Number and you can then return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase or exchange for another item. The product should be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and have no evidence of use. Freight charges on delivery and return of goods cannot be refunded. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchange items. No return or exchange on SALE ITEMS.

If your purchase is damaged in transit Shop Girl will send you freight free a no charge replacement. However prior to this you will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment. You will need to contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the damaged product to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The damaged returned product needs to be in its original packaging with all tags and have no evidence of use.
